Shipping Policy
 

We offer Australia-wide shipping via Standard Post for a flat rate of $10.00, which includes tracking. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time & Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, please note that delivery times with Australia Post are outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately at hello@littlelanelibrary.com.au. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Pre-Orders

For items marked as 'pre-order,' please note that they will not ship until the estimated release date specified. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery timeline. While we will make every effort to ship as per the estimated date, we appreciate your understanding that these timelines are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Returns Policy
 

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected.
 

Returns and Refunds:

If your book is faulty or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, providing a description of the issue along with supporting photos if possible. If the item is deemed faulty, we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for the faulty item at no additional cost to you.
 

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for books that are in good condition or have been damaged after delivery.

How to Return a Faulty Item:
 

1. Contact us at hello@littlelanelibrary.com.au with your order details and a brief description and photo of the fault.
    

2. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address and instructions for exchanging the book.
    

3. Once we receive the faulty item, we will process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
